By subscribing to RepStack Learning Academy (“RLA”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription & Access

I understand that access to course materials, resources, and communities is provided on a subscription basis. My subscription grants me personal, non-transferable access to the platforms during the active subscription period.

2. Billing & Cancellations

I agree to be billed monthly and authorize automatic renewals unless I cancel before the next billing cycle.I understand that cancellations must be done by contacting the RLA support team. No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial access.I understand that payment is due on the scheduled billing date. A grace period of up to four (4) days may be allowed in case of unintentional delays.If payment is not received within this grace period, my subscription will be automatically canceled, and access to all course materials and community platforms will be revoked.

3. Code of Conduct

I will not share course materials, access links, recordings, or account credentials with others.I will conduct myself professionally and respectfully in all community spaces, live sessions, and communication with RLA staff and peers.Any violation of this code may result in the suspension or termination of my access without a refund.

4. Job Opportunities

I understand that completion of a course or program does not guarantee employment or placement.

5. Content Ownership

All materials, including videos, templates, and documents, are the intellectual property of RepStack Learning Academy.I agree not to reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content outside of personal use without written permission.

6. Privacy & Communication

I consent to receive communication from RLA regarding program updates, community posts, and learner support via email or messaging platforms.I understand that my performance data may be used internally to improve the learning experience or offer tailored support.

7. Third-Party Platform Charges

I acknowledge that certain features (e.g., SMS, email sends, phone calls) may incur additional charges on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.Any such charges are processed and held in my personal GHL wallet; RLA does not receive or manage these funds.I am solely responsible for managing my GHL wallet balance and for any disputes related to these third-party charges.

8. Agreement & Modifications

I acknowledge that these terms may be updated periodically and continued use of the platform indicates my acceptance of future revisions.If I do not agree with the changes, I must discontinue my subscription.
